Our CompanyPIONEERS OF THE INDUSTRY
Pushing to new boundaries, exploring new programs.
We are willing to say, “it may work, so let’s give it a try”, instead of “it won’t work, it can’t be done.” By utilizing the dog’s incredible sense of smell, we employ a unique method of training that involves detection of and alerting to minute biochemical changes that occur prior to any signs or symptoms of an impending medical episode.
Specialization & Technique
Very few programs in Canada train Service Dogs for nontraditional roles and invisible disabilities. We train Service Dogs to assist those suffering from various medical conditions including but not limited to: Type 1 Diabetes, Panic Attacks, Night Terrors, Seizures, Addison’s Disease, Anxiety, PTSD, POTS, PNES, and other chemically mediated conditions.
Custom Programs
We advocate the fact that Service Dogs come in all sizes and that some people prefer, and do best, with a smaller dog.
We customize our program according to individual needs and strengths. It is not a “one size fits all” approach. We do not try to fit a square peg into a round hole. Each program is specifically designed to create the perfect partnership of human & dog – adding to independence, safety, peace of mind, confidence, and quality of life.
Providing For The Underserved
We provide innovative programs for an underserved population. We train Service Dogs for adults, youth, and children who often don’t qualify for a Service Dog from other organizations.
We accept many who have been turned down by other organizations for various reasons.

Christine Einboden, B.H.Sc. (OT)
As an occupational therapist, I have watched so many people struggle on a daily basis to function independently and safely while managing their medical conditions. I have also seen the positive effect animals have on people when they see and interact with them. My love of dogs; their intelligence, devotion, loyalty, and desire to learn and to please; and the joy they bring, inspired me to include them in my work with clients.
Nicole Dow & Winnie
Nicole graduated from the University of Guelph in June of 2017 with a degree specializing in psychology. She tailored her degree to reflect as much learning theory and early development as she could so she could use these skills in dog training and behaviour.
During her time at University, Nicole became involved with National Service Dogs, a non-profit organization that raises and trains Service Dogs for children with Autism and members of the Armed Forces suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Nicole’s first dog, Bailey, was successfully placed as a PTSD Service Dog with a veteran. Nicole’s second dog, Nessa, has also successfully completed her training and is now working for a child with Autism.
Nicole is also passionate about expanding her education about dog behaviour and dog training. This has resulted in her getting her continuing education certificates in Reading Dog Body Language, Dog to Dog Aggression, Resource Guarding, Separation Anxiety and Dog Assessments. She has aspirations to get certified through the Canadian Counsel for Professional Dog Trainers. She believes the best part about dog training is building up the relationship between dog and handler and watching both parties become more connected when they learn how to communicate with each other.
